The Founders

Co-Founder & CEO

Katie Burrell

Katie has spent over a decade shaping stories that move people. With a background in marketing, content, and brand strategy, her work spans national campaigns, creative startups, and community spaces.

Rooted in meaning, not noise. Her ancestry runs deep in Celtic soil, shaped by resilience, ritual, and reverence. That foundation became Blunt Truth Society.

This was never just about cannabis. It was about returning to honesty, heritage, and what’s real. Every detail, every word, every burn carries that forward.

Co-Founder & President

Eythan Tripp

Eythan (pronounced “Eye-than”) has spent over a decade building connection. Learning how people move, listen, and feel seen.

His background spans marketing, customer experience, and brand representation. What sets him apart is presence. He meets people where they are and brings them into something real.

Rooted in Celtic ancestry and guided by Pagan practice, he brings a sense of balance and awareness into every space he enters.

His connection to cannabis was never about hype. It was about the people, the ritual, and the moments that don’t need to be performed.

At Blunt Truth Society, Eythan shapes the experience. He holds the standard, protects the energy, and makes sure every interaction feels real.

Co-Founder & Vice President

Brandon Trainor

Brandon has spent over a decade learning how things move. Across industries, from real estate to cannabis, his work has always been rooted in building something that holds up.

He understands the full system. From operations to people to the space in between, he knows what it takes to make something real work in the world.

At his core, Brandon is grounded in family, loyalty, and staying true to who he is. That foundation shapes how he shows up, how he builds, and what he stands on.

His connection to cannabis comes from that same place. Built on trust, consistency, and the kind of work that proves itself over time.

At Blunt Truth Society, Brandon brings structure to the vision. Making sure what’s created doesn’t just exist, but lasts.
